Students at Texas Southern University have been instructed to remain in their classrooms until further notice, the university said in a statement. The school also said the suspect is still at large.
Just hours after a fatal shooting at Northern Arizona University, another campus in America is experiencing the grave tragedy of such violence. Texas Southern University in Houston is reportedly on lockdown after at least two people were shot inside a student housing complex, according to KPRC. Details are currently scarce, with the campus remaining under lockdown until further notice. The shooter is believed to be still at large:

Texas Southern University has announced the campus is on lockdown following a shooting incident just moments ago. Early reports indicate two shot – conditions not known right now. The assailant is still at large. All staff are asked to remain in offices – students to remain in classrooms until further notice.
