LEMOORE, CALIFORNIA – A man drove up to Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino around 7 p.m. PST Friday and told employees he had been shot, police said. His passenger was taken into police custody as a person of interest.
A man who witnesses say was shot in the mouth goes to Tachi Palace for aid.
Kings County Sheriffs Office officials have confirmed to us that a victim suffered a gun shot, then showed up at the casino.
We have been told that a person of interest has been taken into custody.
Witnesses say the man had been shot in the mouth and came to the casino for help.
“What was told to us was it was just a dispute and i don’t think it was inside the hotel or the casino at all”, says Jeffery Gasson who was attending a Naval squadron party at the casino.
“I heard that somebody got shot in the reservation and then they came here to the casino”, says Andrea Pecho who was also at the casino.
